Includes all 50 states, all 16,464 cities and towns, and all 61,500 neighborhoods covering the entire United States with both proprietary and compiled information searchable by either a smart neighborhood search engine delivering custom results by user-selected search criteria, or in a variety of timely reports for any location.
Uses: Market analysis to search and identify the top locations for retail, hotel, or restaurant locations, real estate investment, and retail site selection. Tools include patented best neighborhoods match, by entering any address the engine will find neighborhoods that most closely match the selected neighborhood, in any chosen area of the U.S. using 178 demographic variables to calculate the matches. Other market analysis tools allow smart searches by researcher-selected criteria, such as real estate information, best schools, neighborhood crime rates, house values, demographics, and more.
Lifestyle segmentation: NeighborhoodScout also provides customizable searches for identifying neighborhoods by lifestyle, including: family neighborhoods, retirement real estate, first time home buyers, and can provide information helpful to students, staff and faculty engaged in buying a home.
