Study Rooms Study rooms are available in the Downcity Library on the second floor for individual or small group work. They are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and require a valid Johnson & Wales ID card. A student or group of students must check with a staff member at the Reference Desk to see if a room is available. The rooms can hold a maximum of six people and students may schedule a study room ahead of time. Please note that these rooms are not meeting rooms for organizations. There is a two-hour time limit on the use of a study room.
