All patrons are responsible for materials borrowed against their account. Stolen or lost IDs, alumni cards, and CRIARL cards should be reported immediately to Circulation staff by calling 401-598-1098, in addition to contacting other relevant University offices.

J&W students should always provide a Johnson & Wales University email address and regularly monitor the account. All library communications such as notices of arrival of requested materials or notices of overdue materials will be sent to that account.

Because fines may be charged for late or lost library materials, students should never allow others to use their library account. In addition, change of address or other contact information should always be submitted to Circulation staff as soon as possible. The library cannot be responsible for overdue notices or bills sent to the wrong address. Changing data in uconnect will NOT update a library patron account.
